Each personal training session is unique and tailor made to suit the needs and goals of each individual member. What ever your training goals may be, we have PTs who can help. If your training for Fat loss, increased muscle mass, rehab from an injury or medical condition or just for overall health and wellbeing we have Personal trainers available who can help push you and your training to the next level.
Our highly skilled and experienced PTs will work with you to establish your goals then set a clear plan to get you there. We cover every aspect of fitness, below are our most common training types.

Personal Training sessions are free to contracted Direct Debit Gym and/or Gym and Class Members. Membership fees must remain up to date for continuous access to Personal Trainers.
Personal Training sessions must be booked directly with YMCA Swansea Personal Trainers directly. Sessions will not be valid if booked via Front of House.
YMCA Swansea Personal Training Cancellation Policy
Confirmed PT sessions MUST be cancelled with the Personal Trainer Directly. This can be done by telephone (01792) 652032 or by direct email to the Personal Trainer. Failure to do so can result in the removal of the Free PT sessions.
Personal Training sessions will remain free to contracted DD members, a cancellation policy applies to all confirmed PT sessions. Failure to comply with YMCA Swansea Personal Training cancellation policy on three separate occasions and we reserve the right to remove the offer of Free PT sessions, in this instance, any Future PT Sessions booked will then be subject to the full £ 25 session charge.
